I’m Dr. Jess, a former cancer patient turned health care provider with a heart to serve and a love for all things wellness and lifestyle.

At the age of 20, I was diagnosed with a rare and aggressive form of ovarian cancer that statistically gave me five years to live at best. In just seven weeks of holistic and integrative cancer treatments, that cancer was 100% gone.

It instantly became my life’s undeniable mission to help others heal. After learning about the bodies incredible ability to heal itself, I went to get my doctorate and open up my own healthcare practice to serve others on their wellness journeys of all ages and stages.

Now, I am a mother, wife, doctor, believer and full time enthusiast for wellness.

I’m here to tell you that health can be simple, sustainable, and ENJOYABLE.

I am living proof that by adding layers of intention to your life you can elevate every day to be extremely life-giving and fulfilling, all while nourishing your health.

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME AS A HUMAN

I think “relatability” and the ability to connect might be my greatest assets. I am empowered by vulnerability and find freedom in authenticity . To-do lists, planners, and coffee mugs satisfy my heart. Vulnerability empowers me. I think recovery from ANYthing is honestly the most impressive thing a person can do and that nothing shines quite like a person who is able to take their broken pieces and put them back together again. You’ll likely catch me adjusting babies, sipping coffee, playing with my son, attending a pilates class, or mixing up a mocktail.

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THE ONES WHO MAKE MY WORLD GO ‘ROUND

This is my husband, Jeremy. He has been my rock through all seasons and my only constant for the last 11, almost 12 years. We have faced trials of many kinds together, and came out the other side with even bigger dreams. Our greatest gift and adventure is raising our son, Banks Derek Bohlke. He has been our sunshine and our greatest purpose in life! He teaches us about what really matters in life every single day.
